Astruc Etoile Rouge 2023

Originating from various vineyards around Limoux in the Languedoc. Here, a Mediterranean climate prevails, but the Atlantic Ocean provides the necessary cooling.

When making the wine, grapes are vinified separately. After the harvest, a short skin maceration takes place for Merlot and Grenache. Carignan and Syrah undergo a skin maceration of 6 to 8 days. After fermentation, the wines are blended and the wine matures for at least four months in stainless steel tanks.
