Bollé Lugana Brut has a yellow color with straw-green reflections and is characterized by a subtle, wavy and persistent mousse.In the smell it is an explosion of fruit;broad and intense with notes of apple, apricot, pear and rose.Balanced and elegant with very fresh notes.Pleasant, sour and savory, fresh and fruity.This wine has a nice fullness in the mouth, good balance and length.The taste fully corresponds to the perfume.Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with pasta and herb risotto.
The Turbiana grapes come from moraine hills near Lake Garda, where they enjoy ideal lighting and constant ventilation that ensures perfect ripeness.After harvesting, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing of the whole grapes.This wine is made by means of 'Method Anecstral' the spontaneous emergence of bubbles.After bottling, the wine matures in bottle for another 3/4 months.
