Description
The Ca'Rugate winery is located north of the village of Soave. Ca' Rugate takes its name from Rugate Hill. Most of Ca' Rugate's vineyards are located on this dark, volcanic soil of this hill. The Tessari family, now the fourth generation, makes wines that are based on history and tradition.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20 degrees for 8 to 12 days.Specifications
