This Crémant de Savoie is made according to the traditional method, that is to say with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine has been on the lees for 30 months, which ensures that the wine gets beautiful complex aromas with a soft bubble.
Light golden yellow and with a fine and soft mousse, this Crémant offers delicious aromas of white flowers (lime blossom), peach fruit (apricot and peach), fresh citrus but also an almond. The wine is fresh, complex and mineral with a long aftertaste.
Delicious as an aperitif, goes very well with everything from the sea.
