The domain is located in Arboras, a small medieval village with 75 inhabitants in the south of France. At 320 meters above sea level, you are here at the highest point of the Hérault valley. The estate's vines thrive on a plateau of limestone shards between the highest and northernmost vineyards of the Languedoc. This altitude, combined with the continental influence of the Larzac, causes a very long ripening cycle. It thus makes it possible to synchronize the richness of sugars of the grapes and optimal ripeness in terms of color, tannins and aromas. Normally only red wines are made here. The AOP does not allow the making of white wines, which is why this wine is labeled under the name 'vin de france'. It is a blend of 40% Vermentino, 30% Marsanne and 30% Roussanne. The wine undergoes a malolactic conversion in large oak barrels of 600 liters that are lightly roasted. The end result is certainly impressive!
