Located at a height of 160 m at the foot of the Larzac, the vineyards of Saint Saturnin stretch out.The very stony clay-lime soil together with the dry climate in the summer limit the yield.The grapes are surrounded with the greatest care both during growth and during harvest.To give the wine a good start from the beginning, it is extremely important to prevent the grapes from crushing.This could cause an early fermentation.
Each grape variety is processed separately and fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures.The quality of the wines is preserved through regular tasting, analysis and careful assembly.He even gets better every year.
