This Synthesis Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby red color.In the fragrance an intense expression of ripe red fruit with mint, spicy and eucalyptus notes.The wine is elegant with a lot of personality.The aging in French oak barrels ensures elegant smokey aromas combined with vanilla.In the mouth it is ripe with round tannins in the beginning.It has a high minerality, which provides a refreshing sensation.
The harvest takes place manually around the end of April.The best grapes are already selected in the vineyard and later again on the sorting table.Fermentation is done with native yeasts at controlled temperatures from 25 to 28 ° C.
