Verema Tardana Blanc has a soft yellow hue with golden accents that turn golden yellow as the wine ages.In the fragrance it has notes of orange blossom, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits accompanied by a background of honey and subtle notes of vanilla.On the palate it has a lively and fresh acidity, it is silky soft, smooth and pleasantly sweet.This wine goes well with starters of foie gras and Roquefort and with desserts of white chocolate, mousse and tiramisu.
This wine is made from Garnacha Blanc grapes from old vines.They are only picked when they are very ripe.Fermentation in French oak barrels takes 3 months.
