Description
Cuvée Pech-Quisou Blanc has a light yellow color with golden sparkles. It is aromatic and has a rich fruity nose with an exotic character complemented by the fresh acidity of lemon and grapefruit. The wine is complex, powerful and filled with notes of white flowers, hawthorn and hints of honey that are expressed with greatness. The clean and frank attack on the palate has notes of almond and peach and confirms that this cuvée is quite exceptional.
The white grapes, Grenache Blanc 25%, Roussanne 25%, Marsanne 25% and Vermentino / Rolle 25%, are harvested at night, immediately pressed and vinified at low temperature (14 degrees), after which lagering “sur lie fine” with batonnage takes place.
