Description
This Verdejo has a bright and brilliant light yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a medium high intensity aroma, with clear tropical hints such as pineapple and mango, while we also find notes of green apple and a hint of anise in the background. In the mouth we taste ripe fruit. It is fresh and balanced. It is easy to drink with an accentuated fruit character and a medium long finish. It has a subtle final bitterness typical of the verdejo grape. Ideal with rice dishes, seafood and lean fish. We recommend consuming it in the two years after harvest, with an ideal temperature of 8 ° C.
The Verdejo grape is usually harvested at night so that the grapes are transferred to the cellars at a temperature between 10-15 C, as this is the ideal temperature for less oxidation of the must. This grape produces fresh and balanced wines, light green-yellow in color, slightly sour and fruity, characterized by a vegetable hue. They are very aromatic, full and soft wines with good acidity and a characteristic bitter touch.
