Description
This is a house wine that makes you happy when it's getting served! A wine that does not look out of place at home. Fresh, fruity and drinkable. In the glass it is dark colored with purple sparkles. This is a velvety wine with aromas of blackberries and cherries and a hint of vanilla. It is mouth-filling with lots of ripe dark fruit, fine spiciness and soft tannins. Serve it as an aperitif or with provincial chicken, pork roulade, charcuterie, rack of lamb or with hard cheeses.
Located at an altitude of 160 meters, at the foot of the hills of the Larzac, the Terzac vineyards stretch out. The vineyards benefit from the fresh air that comes from the plateau du Larzac and the warm Tramontane wind that blows regularly through it. Together these factors contribute greatly to the balance, elegance and fresh qualities of both the red and the rosé wines. The very stony clay-limestone soil and the dry climate in the summer limit the yield. The grapes are surrounded with the greatest care. The quality of the wines is preserved through fermentation under controlled temperatures, regular tasting and analysis as well as careful assembly.
