Pink Garda Rosé has a light pink color, characterized by a dense foam and a subtle and persistent mousse.The fruity and floral notes immediately stand out in the nose, especially the aromas of cherries come out nicely.The wine is harmonious and elegant in combination with great freshness.Pleasantly sour and savory, fresh and fruity.It has good fullness in the mouth, good balance and length.The taste is in complete agreement with the perfume.
The grapes, gropello, syrah, barbera and merlot, come from moraine hills near Lake Garda, where they enjoy ideal lighting and constant ventilation that ensures perfect ripeness.After the harvest, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing of the whole grapes.This wine is made by means of 'Method Anecstral' the spontaneous emergence of bubbles.After bottling, the wine matures in bottle for another 3/4 months.
