This Pinot Noir Naturel from Slovenia embodies the true essence of this grape and its specific terroir, with a minimalist intervention in winemaking. The wine begins its story in those typical and strange “haloze” vineyards, where Pinot Noir grapes are grown with respect for nature and the local ecosystem. The unique microclimate and soil composition contribute to the complexity of the wine. After a short period of maceration, the grapes are spontaneously fermented using the natural yeasts naturally present on the grape skins. This spontaneous fermentation contributes to the authenticity of the wine and gives it a unique character. During fermentation and maturation the wine is treated with minimal intervention. No additives, so the wine retains its natural expression. This results in a wine that is pure and unfiltered, with a vibrant energy. In the glass, the Pinot Noir Naturel presents itself with a bright ruby ​​red color and a subtle aroma of ripe red berries, earthy notes, a touch of spiciness. On the palate the wine is lively and fresh, with soft tannins and a refreshing acidity that balances the juicy fruit notes. Also some saltiness.
