Description
Made according to the “Methode Traditionelle”. This means that the wine is made in the same way as Champagne and has had a second fermentation in the bottle. Then matured for 12 months on its yeast to create a beautiful taste and a refined mousse.
Limoux is located in the south of France between Toulouse and Perpignan. It has had its own appellation since 1990 and the majority of what is made there is Crémant de Limoux.
