Made from 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Nero and 10% Pinot Bianco. Grapes grow south of Lake Iseo and are picked by hand in early September. Fermentation takes place in cement vats at a temperature of approximately 18 degrees. This is followed by a second fermentation with maturation on the lees for 28 months. The wine rests in the bottle for another 4 months after topping up. is a refined, elegant sparkling wine. Belongs to the top of the best Franciacorta wines.
