Description
This Grand Cuvee by Louis de Grenelle has a yellow color with golden glitter shades. On the nose, it is complex and powerful with aromas of caramelized white fruit like peach and quince along with the scent of hazelnuts, almonds and acacia honey. On the palate it gives an aromatic richness of brioche bread, caramel and dried fruit. It is full creamy with a very soft mousse. The harmony is fantastic! The wine matures 'sur lattes' for 3 years. We recommend serving the wine between 6 ° and 8 ° C.
This wine is excellent to drink as an aperitif but will also do well with foie gras, monkfish, sea bass and other minnows. But also with sorbets or other sweet pastries.
Maison Louis de Grenelle wines are made with the special care and attention that the winemakers pay to the land and to cultivate the vineyards. They practice sustainable viticulture with respect for the soil and the environment. Share the winemakers of Louis de Grenelle
a dedication to "beautiful grapes" with exceptional maturity.
Built over generations, the Louis de Grenelle style today creates a range of unique wines, each with its own history. The diversity of the grape varieties, grown in the Loire Valley and prepared by Maison Louis de Grenelle, offers rich creativity.
Chenin Blanc, the 'great grape variety', comes into its own in the Loire Valley. It is a robust, complex variety that adds structure to the blend, bringing the freshness and fruit so characteristic of Louis de Grenelle and preparing the wines for maturing in the tuffeau stone cellars.
Known for its minerality, finesse and elegance, Chardonnay adds a radiant and delicious aspect to the palate.
