Jus de Raisin Gazéifié
Description
The Giraud family has been growing grapes for their Cognac since 1650 in the best part of the Cognac region, the Grande Champagne. All grapes (Ugni-blanc) come from their own 42-hectare estate on a calcareous clay soil. Only organic tools are used. The Giraud family works organically but is not certified.
Every year, a portion is bottled as sparkling grape juice which is put under natural carbon dioxide pressure. Harvesting is done manually, no fermentation has ever taken place and has been pasteurized so that the freshness is guaranteed
The result is a full-fledged, beautifully fresh and very mineral aperitif.
