Satin soft, deep and intense in color with a background of sparkling light yellow with a lively flow of small bubbles that create a delicate ring of mousse. The seductive appearance of a wine that is both fresh and rich.
On the nose, the first notes of brioche and honeysuckle with cherry, black currant and plum add a touch of fruitiness. Letting the wine breathe for a while releases more umami notes with peppermint, sweet spices and buttercups and garlic-like notes. There's also a hint of cardamom and lime infusion, then notes of Sichuan pepper, peach, nectarine, pineapple, blackberries and other fleshy fruits.
A nice, clean start on the palate with a soft, creamy effervescence followed by a rising sensation of ripe fruit with good acidity reminiscent of pomelo and pineapple and a finesse on the tongue. It has an excellent balance that makes the most of the long, concentrated, robust and sea-breeze finish.
