Catulliano Lugana has a pale golden color.On the nose has floral and fruity aromas, the softness of which shows the pure sensations of juniper berries and then yellow apple and ends beautifully with Poir William.On the palate, this wine is very soft, with an almost perfect balance, distributing the bitter, sour, sweet and salty flavors well in the glass, from sipping the wine to swallowing.The taste is dominated by peach, apple and white rose petals that are unmistakably perceived and pleasantly tasted when sipping this nectar. A gourmet wine that is a good accompaniment to dishes with fish, crustaceans and / or shellfish prepared in different ways, for example grilled, oven dishes and Mediterranean baked. In spring it is a perfect partner with asparagus dishes.
The Turbiana grapes come from moraine hills near Lake Garda, where they enjoy ideal lighting and constant ventilation that ensures perfect ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a cold maceration, after which the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks where it remains until the following summer. After this, the wine rests in the bottle for another 3 months.
