Nadal Prosecco Brut Millesimato BIO 2023

The impressive Italian family business Vine Nadal is located in the village of Ponte della Priula. Alberto Nadal is at the helm of the company that was founded by father Valerio in 1980. The company works organically and has very healthy vineyards with well-equipped cellars.

The wine is made from 100% Glera grapes, which thrive in the mild climate and mineral-rich soils of the region.

The grapes for the Nadal Pinot Grigio are carefully selected and hand-picked at the right moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh aromas and fruity character properties.

Nadal Prosecco is a fresh, elegant prosecco with a light yellow color. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus, peach and floral hints. The taste is dry, fruity and well balanced with a fresh taste and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
