The bouquet has an intense and elegant variety of notes of ripe fruit, such as apples and pineapple. Aromas of freshly baked bread from the long yeast maturation of 48 months in the bottle complement the wine here. The taste is intense, fragrant and well balanced with a dry and mineral style.
