This is a house wine that makes you happy when it's getting served! A wine that does not look out of place at home. Fresh, fruity and drinkable. This is a fresh rosé wine with raspberry and strawberry aromas and a hint of spices. It has a fresh taste with lots of fruit and a light spiciness that makes it very suitable to combine with food. Serve it as an aperitif on the terrace, with starters with salmon or tuna, anchovies, stuffed pointed pepper and provincial chicken.
Located at an altitude of 160 meters, at the foot of the hills of the Larzac, the Terzac vineyards stretch out. The vineyards benefit from the fresh air that comes from the plateau du Larzac and the warm Tramontane wind that blows regularly through it. Together these factors contribute greatly to the balance, elegance and fresh qualities of both the red and the rosé wines. The very stony clay-limestone soil and the dry climate in the summer limit the yield. The grapes are surrounded with the greatest care. The quality of the wines is preserved through fermentation under controlled temperatures, regular tasting and analysis as well as careful assembly.
