Pierre-Jean Sauvion is the fourth generation of his family to produce wines at Château du Cléray in the Loire. The chateau itself has not been owned by his family since the early 2000s, but he is still in charge of winemaking, having spent several years gaining knowledge in Australia, California and Bordeaux.
