Tinedo JA! has an attractive cherry purple hue in the glass. On the nose it is expressive and straightforward with blue violets, cherries and spices such as liquorice. On the palate it has a good balance, delicate and with some guts in combination with a fresh aftertaste. Made from 100% Tempranillo that enhances the aromatic nose and the well-defined and elegant mouth.
The Tinedo estate is ideal for practicing sustainable viticulture, excluding the use of herbicides and synthetic products. The goal is to get balanced and complex wines through a vineyard that completes its biological cycle.
The work in the fields and the domain is shared by people who are thoroughly involved and fully aware of the importance of a common work from the vineyard to the wine. A strict control of the water content of the vineyard, both at soil and leaf level, accompanies the field work and allows the entire maturing process to be completed at a slow pace.
