The 2019 harvest year was characterized by a spring with average, normal rainfall and a hot summer with mild nights, yielding grapes with a perfect balance between the degree of sugar and the phenolic ripeness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks in which the temperature remains below 12 degrees. The yeasts they have selected for this Tempranillo Roble are slow acting for better extraction of aromas and color. This gives them a young wine with a lot of structure, an intense color and aromas; in short, a perfect wine for long aging in oak barrels. This wine stays in the barrel for 3 months, which gives it complexity and greater length.
