The impressive Italian family business Vine Nadal is located in the village of Ponte della Priula. Alberto Nadal is at the helm of the company that was founded by father Valerio in 1980. Rarely have we seen healthier-looking vineyards, and rarely have we seen a better technically equipped vinification room.

The wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, which thrive in the mild climate and mineral-rich soils of the region.

The grapes for the Nadal Pinot Grigio are carefully selected and picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh aromas and fruity character properties.

Nadal Pinot Grigio is a fresh, elegant wine with a light yellow color. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus, peach and floral hints. The taste is dry, mineral and well balanced with a fresh taste and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
