The name of this beautiful red wine is 'Techni Alipias' and means 'the art of making people forget their worries'. With the body and grip of Cabernet Sauvignon and the sultry, soft red fruit character of the native Agiorgitiko, this will certainly work!
Wine Art Estate is located in Drama and was started in 1993 by Yiannis Papadopoulos and Yiannis Kalaitzidis. “Wine Art” stands for how well Greek and international grape varieties do in the microclimate of Drama. It is now one of the absolute top estates in Greece, located in the Kavala region. The vineyards are located on the slopes of Mount Pangeon, known for its fertile soil and beautiful powerful wines.This Technique Alipias is ready to drink now but can be kept until 2030. Delicious with dishes with game or stews, but certainly also with ripe hard cheeses.
